Pro is switched on for the account you paid from as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. There is nothing to download and nothing to collect. You can see your plan under Your plan in the app.

If Pro is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email [email protected] or call +91 93808 63388 with your Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot switch it on, the payment is refunded in full, as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
