Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can stop renewing at any time from Your plan in the app (the account menu, then Manage). Nothing more is charged after that. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the account moves to Free. Your conversations, reports and business details are kept either way.

You can also cancel the UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app, or the card mandate with your bank. We would still rather you cancel in the app, because that is the only way we can confirm it to you straight away.

Before every monthly charge, your bank or UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours in advance, as RBI rules require.

We refund in full when:

• you were charged after you had cancelled;
• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you paid and Pro was not switched on for your account within 24 hours;
• you bought a year and ask within 7 days of paying, having run no more than 3 researched reports in that time.

Otherwise, a month or a year already started is not refunded, in part or in full. A monthly plan can be stopped at any time so that nothing further is charged.

A refunded payment ends the Pro access it paid for at the moment the refund is issued.

Separately, a researched report that fails to complete is never counted against your allowance. That happens automatically and needs no request.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app before you pay, in Indian rupees. No GST is charged: Devity is not registered under GST. If a price changes, the change applies only from a new purchase or a new subscription, never to one already running.
