- What counts as a report?
- A researched report is the long one that searches public sources and cites them: funding, compliance, market analysis or business ideas. Chat answers, the free tools and reading a report again do not count. A report that fails to finish is never counted.
- How does the monthly payment work?
- You approve a UPI AutoPay or card mandate once, through Razorpay. Each month your bank or UPI app tells you at least 24 hours before the charge. Stop renewing whenever you like from Your plan, and you keep Pro to the end of the month already paid for.
- I don't want auto-debit.
- Pay for a year instead: one payment, no mandate, nothing charged again unless you choose to renew.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes in the cases set out in the refund policy, including within 7 days of buying a year. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
