By accessing or using Vyavsay, provided by Devity ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Vyavsay provides a proactive management system for small businesses. There are no age restrictions to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

3. Third-Party Integrations and Google APIs

Our service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile APIs. By connecting these accounts, you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party APIs.

4. AI Features and Disclaimer

Vyavsay utilizes artificial intelligence to generate business prompts and draft replies (e.g., to customer reviews). These AI-generated outputs are suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it. Devity is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Payments for our services are processed securely through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. However, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if we determine a refund is warranted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
